We have provided an Infographic here of the results of the survey so you get feedback on the performance of your Chrysalis Team. The scores are out of a possible 10.
The Beddoes Institute is now considered the pre-eminent survey program in our industry and drills deeper than any other survey to uncover what clients really think and want from a practice. It is also the front end assessment for the Association of Financial Advisers Practice and Adviser of the Year awards – the industry’s highest accolade.
In short, the results you gave us are outstanding. Our practice on all measures was either in the ‘Top Performing Practice’ category or the ‘Highest Score ever recorded’ on several of the metrics.

Beddoes have advised us that our scores are so high that we will be short listed to be in the running for the ‘Most Trusted Adviser’ Annual National Awards. We are to be now included on their website http://www.mosttrustedadvisers.com/ as one of the must trusted advisers select group in Australia. The most trusted adviser program is considered the only truly impartial place to access a financial adviser in Australia if the general public are seeking advice. Keep an eye out for them in the media.

We understand that these scores are not an accident, but are a result of hard work to do our best to look after you every way we can. We are keen to do even better! You have passed on feedback to us which we are now going through closely with a view to implementing new initiatives and service to enhance your Chrysalis experience even further. We want to know what you need and value. Please feel free to send us any ideas you have of services we can provide which you want or conversely services we provide that you don’t want (such as videos of fund manager briefings).
Once we have worked through your comments we will be communicating with you any new services and ideas we plan to implement. We are now going to setup projects for the practice to rollout these new initiatives. We want you to know that we have listened to you and are acting on your ideas and feedback.

One of the highest scores we received was in the department of referrals. I am always so grateful and honoured when our clients refer us. We fully understand that a referral can backfire if not treated with the utmost care. Conversely, if it goes well it reflects very positively on the referrer. We commit to you to provide a consistent high service level and valuable experience with any person you feel comfortable to refer to us. We also will let you know when people you refer set meetings and how they went. Referrals are the only way Chrysalis grows as we don’t advertise so we want you to know we are so thankful for them.
