Phil and 4 other key stakeholders from the financial planning industry meet with 9 MPs and the Assistant Treasurer Minister Stuart Robert at Parliament house to discuss educational standards designed to make financial planning a profession equal in standing to accounting and law.
Under the current set of new requirements, almost all 22,000 financial advisors will need to complete a Bachelor‘s degree by 2024 in order to retain their license to provide advice.
