We are always here to help our Chrysalis family in any way we can. Here is a heartfelt email that was sent to me this week.
THANK YOU
At the start of this year my entire world crumbled. I lost my best friend (my horse – Coops) and my passion in one hit. I thought that that would have been the end of my horse riding career. Dad didn’t give up though and for that I’m eternally grateful.
He started a Go Fund Me account to help get me back on a horse. This was when you made your incredibly generous donation. A few weeks after this, my family and I went up to Wyong to trial a big, friendly giant, Rocky (Rockstar!) From the first moment I sat on him I saw not only the potential for a new best friend but also a highly competitive future. After a few more rides and a successful vet check, we brought him home.
Rocky has made me smile and laugh again. We have been working very hard over the past 6/7 weeks and we have our first state competition in 2 months. I want to thank you for helping me get my smile back. It has been one crazy ride with some very low lows but also some great highs and I owe a lot of it to you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
